Jason gave an EXTREMELY thorough mold inspection of my home and provided me with a full understanding of possible solutions. What I love most about this company is that they provide you with start to finish solutions and recommendations that you can do yourself to save money. They even go one step further in natural recommendations to combat health issues as a result of mold exposure! I recently tested positive for mold so we needed a professional service to come out to test my home for mold. He not only did a thorough and detailed inspection to every corner of my home he left us with a to do list to rid my home of mold as well as any other micro biomes. He gave us clear answers to all of our questions. We are absolutely 100% satisfied with the services and we highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Jason! Thorough, patient, attentive, expert- these are just a few of the traits he exhibited when inspecting my home. We have children with respiratory issues, one is major, and as I spoke to Jason prior to his inspection, as well as while he was conducting the inspection, he listened and took to heart my concerns and needs. After getting the report to us, he took the time to thoroughly and methodically review the report, answering any questions and clarifying anything to ensure we knew exactly what we needed to do. In addition, his wife, a functional health provider, was able to give us guidance to our specific needs for our son with a major respiratory disease. Jason was absolutely attentive and knowledgeable on the phone to schedule the consult. Arrived promptly at the time discussed. He was very pleasant and thorough with his inspection and spent a lot of time answering our questions and concerns. The inspection and attention to detail in every way especially on the report were top notch and you could tell he cared most about the health of our family. The report was very detailed down to pictures and explanations of each type of mold found and how that mold specifically could harm your health. He even took pictures of areas around the house that needed repair to have better energy and air quality. His fee was very reasonable but his work was professional and high quality. In summary, Jason of The Great Indoors, LLC cared about our family specifically, took time for us, and did excellent work for a reasonable price.
