Whole Home Mold Inspection
Covers inspection of the exterior, crawlspace, every room in the home, and the attic. Includes visual inspection, air particulate measurements, temperature and humidity measurements, TVOC and CO2 and Formaldehyde measurements, up to 10 tape samples, and infrared scanning. Please note that buildings not connected to the main home are not included in the inspection but can be added on for an additional fee.

COST:
$750 for homes between 1,200 to 2,500 square feet. Add $10 for each additional 100 square feet increment.
$500 for homes less than 1,200 square feet. This is ideal for smaller apartments or manufactured homes.

Partial Home Mold Inspection
Covers inspection of up to 4 rooms of your choosing. Please note that this service excludes the Exterior, Attic, and Crawl Space. You can add additional areas for an additional $150 each. Includes visual inspection, air particulate measurements, temperature and humidity measurements, TVOC and CO2 and Formaldehyde measurements, up to 4 tape samples, and infrared scanning.
Reports are furnished within 3 business days.
COST: $375 for homes up to 2,500 square feet.
Air Sampling
Air sample testing is the industry standard when it comes to detecting mold in a home. A vacuum device pulls a precise amount of air through a hose which is connected to an air sample cassette. This cassette has a sealed trap that collects any particulate and contaminants in the air. The samples are analyzed by microscopy. There is a minimum of two samples required because there needs to be a sample taken outside the home as a baseline measurement to compare to inside measurements.

COST: $75 each, 2 quantity minimum.
Tape Lift Sampling
Tape lift sampling is my personal favorite way to check for mold in a home. It consists of taking a piece of tape, sticking it to a surface that you suspect has mold growth, then examining it under a microscope on a slide with the proper dye.
COST: Base charge of $75 plus $25 for each sample.

Fee for coming out immediately, same day.

Expedited Report Fee
Fee for expediting the inspection report to get it back in 1 business days instead of 3.

Fee for adding the inspection of the attic or crawl space to a partial inspection.

Exterior Building Inspection Add-on
Covers visual inspection of an exterior building not directly connected to the main building such as a shed, garage, pool house, and etc.
COST: Depends on square footage.

Full Home Mold Re-Inspection
This service is specifically for customers that have gotten an inspection already, have completed the repairs needed, and want to see if the remediation work was successful. Discount varies.

Fee for travel farther than 75 miles from the home office, billed at .40 per mile.
